I was driving up a hill and all of sudden my cars check engine light blinking and the engine is making funny noises and shaking what could it be

Hi there,

it sounds like a cylinder has stopped firing, there are a few things that could be causing this, coil, spark plug, lead. Injector. Get the code extracted to see what has triggered it and then you will have some place to start looking.
