1996 Ford Contour Repair Question

1996 Ford Contour Spark Plugs
1996 Contour 122000 miles. I cannot seem to break the spark plugs loose to change them. Would I do better trying to take them out with the engine hot or cold? Also, would needing a tune up make the car seem to lurch as it is being driven?

you have two or three choices on go to your local dealer and pay 40 dollars and have your spark plugs done. so u dont have to worry about braking them off that would not be wallet friendly. try to give them quick burst of force to see if you can break them lose if you cant then go with my first solution. or you can buy a new head and put new spak plugs in it
