Just recently my car started to rev up while in park. It does it when the car first starts up and after driving for awhile and I put it back in park. It used to shake quite consistently while idling at a light but it no longer does that because of the constant revving.

Reading online I saw that it might possibly be a dirty IAC valve. Any ideas? Thanks!

Also is the check engine light on? First thing you need to do is have the codes read, Autozone does it free, Post the results with the code number(s). Even if the service engine light is not on, there should be freeze frame data stored.
Check the throttle cable, and throttle for binding..
