My Bronco has been running great until a week ago I went out after a rain storm that we had the night before. The bronco had trouble starting up. My husband and I thought it was a moisture problem or a tank of bad gas at first. But it has been having trouble starting up for the past week now. It wants to start but it just wont turn over. I can smell gas when I try to start it so I know that the fuel pump is working. If it sits for more than 3 hours then it starts the process all of again to where It takes several minutes before it will turnover. Like I said, It will crank but just not turnover. HELP ME!

If you smell gas try checking the spark, Be carful extreme high voltage! You want a bright blue spark at each plug. Also is the MIL on? If so have the codes read so we can proceed.

A friend told me to check the ignition control module and the coil. After replacing both of those it runs great.
