1993 Ford Bronco Just installed new ford fuel pump and filter 2 months ago and has worked great till today. After 15 min to a hr. Of running it will just die. Fuel pres. Goes to 0 Let sit for awhile and it starts again 4o psi while running. When it dies u can't hear fuel pump turning on. Seems like relay (fuel) clicks once. When u can hear pump it starts. HELP

I suggest swapping out fuel pump relay with a known good relay. Let me know if that solves the problem.

Thanks for using 2CarPros. Com!

Okay. Is there any anti-theft devices on your vehicle?

Inspect the wiring harness connectors to the fuel pump as well as the relay.

No there is no theft alarm that I am aware of. At least since 2004 that I know of. I did recheck wiring harness to the fuel pump. Jiggled wiring harness while running, no change. I'm wandering if module of some sort?

A temp sensor could cause the problem, but usually the vehicle will run, just very poorly.
