the Bronco 1990 full size will not start if it is raining or has rained in the past few days. Distributor is always dry when checked

HI:
I need you to try a little test. At night when it is dark, start the engine. Open the hood and mist water on the distributor, plug wires, coil. And see if there is any arcing going on. I ask that you do it in the dark so you can see it easier.

Let me know what you find. Something in the ignition system is getting wet and causing the problem.
