I was driving home the other day and noticed a vibrations at about 50 mph. it felt like i ran over one of those rumble strips on the side of the highway but i wasnt on the highway. I didnt think anything about it untill the next day it did it again at the same speed and so i held it there and vibrated my way down the road. any ideas? As long as i dont stay at that speed it only lasts for just a second as i accelerate thru or decelerate back down.

It sounds like you've lost a wheel weight used to balance a tire. Take your truck in for a rotate and balance and see if the problem doesnt go away.
