1994 Ford Aspire car stalls while moving or idle

How can you test to see if this is a fuel problem or electrical problem? If it is a fuel problem, how do you figure out if it is fuel filter or fuel pump?

You need to check the fuel pump pressure. First you can check it at the engine and then before the fuel filter to see if there is a problem. Here are the directions for checking. It also includes how to check the fuel pressure regulator. Let me know if it helps.
