1995 Ford Aerostar car vibration

When I drive my van 30 miles constantly the van will vibrate I took it to a mechinac and he repacked the front bearings but it still happens particurly when going up alot of hills can you help

Hi, Do you feel the vibration specifically in the front wheels? Or is this a vibration that you are not sure where is?

There is another thing or two that can cause this. Please answer these questions and I will be glad to help. Billymac
