I am replacing the water pump on my 1993 ford Aerostar and am having trouble getting the fan clutch and shroud off, I got both belts off, the shroud is loose but I don’t know how to get the fan and clutch off. I removed the bolts that hold the pulley on and even removed the bolts that hold the fan onto the clutch but now I’m stuck.

Hi there!

I'm making the assumption that you can't remove the fan clutch because you haven't been able to hold the shaft still and loosen the nut at the same time??
There is a fan clutch wrench that you can purchase (or sometimes even rent - I know AutoZone and Advance both do this) it will fit around the bolts on the water pump pulley so that you can hold the shaft still while you use the nut wrench to unscrew the fan clutch nut. - as far as the shroud, there should just be a few bolts or fasteners holding it to the radiator/radiator support....
