1993 Ford Aerostar Aerostar will not start in wet weather

Everytime it rains, snows or even very humid. My aerostar will not turn over. I have fuel but for some reason it just won't turn over. When the air dries it starts with no problem. Any suggestions?

Start the vehicle on a warm dry day. Then open the hood and spray the components of the electical systems slowly with a salt water mixture in a spray bottle, use the mist feasture. You will see it arc through the mist when u find a bad part. Or the vehicle will start to run rough.
