five fuses with no power.fuses are OK

came home car running fine.thirty mins later went to leave car wont start turns over.replaced cam sencer. Check fuses five fuse in dash and five fuses under hood do not have power,fuses are not blown.

Some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot when you turn on the key. You have to check for voltage both ways, key on and off. The fuses with no power should be labeled, what circuit do those fuses control?
