Hey guys, I just change my cylinder lid, because the water line came into the cylinder. I put it back together and now the motor is only working in 2 cylinders (the 3rd and 4th are working). The first and second are like dead, I changed the spark plugs, spark cables, distributor cap and the rotor, and still nothing. The engine runs only when the primer is all the way open.
It doesn’t idle.
(Sorry my English is rusy). Any suggestions? Any thing will help.

Do a compression test and make sure you have good comps in the two dead cylinders, if low comps add a small quantity of engine oil just 3-4 squirts from an oil can and re test comps if they come up the problem is rings, if no change valves or cylinder head problem, and did you get the head crack tested and checked for warp when it was off
