My check engine light came on, my car is not due for service, 15k service done at 11000 miles. What can I chek, oxygen sensor? Car runs very good thanks joe b

I can only think of a couple of things why the engine light came on, you fueled up your car without shutting the engine off that will set a code, or you did not wait for the computer to boot up and the dash lights shut off before starting, or one of your fluid levels under the hood is low.
