Fans wont turn on

Just purchased the vehicle and replaced the fuel pump. Now I see that the air conditioner engages, but does not blow. The cooling fan does not turn on either. There are dual fans. What should I test first and how. The fan motor or maybe the coolant temperature sensor?But I cannot find that?

This is far more complicated than you are expecting. It is a two speed system that uses three relays to set up the speeds.

Here is the wiring diagram that you have to follow to track down the problem. Start with the basics of testing fuses.
