I'll try to turn it over and it only cranks. After letting it sit for a couple hours or over night I will go to start it and it will start. I've replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter thinking that was the problem. But it still won't start after I put gas in. I've tried leaving It running while putting gas in and it will just shut off when you start going.

Sounds like the purge valve on the engine end of the system is stuck open. In effect you fill the car, the charcoal canister collects the fumes, but with the purge solenoid open the fumes go into the intake and "flood" the engine. Common problem on many makes. It looks like the picture and is mounted next to the EVAP vapor canister.
