How to replace EVAP core

Evap core- Replace it? How? Dash must come up and or out? Can I cut from the outside for evap only replacememt?

Good afternoon.

I posted the procedure below and a picture of the location for you.

Roy

Remove or Disconnect
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Discharge and recover refrigerant from the system.
3. Coolant recovery reservoir.
4. Electrical connectors, as necessary.
5. Bracket at the evaporator case.
6. Right marker lamp.
7. Accumulator from the evaporator.
8. Refrigerant hose from the accumulator.
9. Evaporator tube from the evaporator.
10. Core case (80) and housing (72) assembly from the vehicle.
11. Screws and separate the case sections.
12. Evaporator core (104).

Install or Connect
1. Evaporator core (104).
2. Screws and case sections.
3. Core case (80) and housing (72) assembly from the vehicle.
4. Evaporator tube to the evaporator.
5. Refrigerant hose to the accumulator.
6. Accumulator to the evaporator.
7. Right marker lamp.
8. Bracket to the evaporator case.
9. Electrical connectors, as necessary.
10. Coolant recovery reservoir.
11. Negative battery cable.
12. Refrigerant to the system.

Check system for leaks.
