Vehicle had been sitting for a few months, got in it and heard belt screeching for a second. Started out fine then engine bogged down and stopped. Got it back to my garage and found the filters had been plugged up with dog food rats had stored in it. Cleaned air filter compartments, appeared nothing had gotten past the air filters, but now vehicle will not run. It will only idle for a few seconds then shuts off. It seems there is not any exhaust coming out tailpipe.

Rodents are a real PIA. Check over all the wiring, Especially the stuff under the fuse panels. The runs for a couple seconds sounds like the fuel pump is priming but not turning on. That is probably due to damaged wiring near the crank sensor or in the harness. It can take a while to find.

It could be plugged exhaust caused by the cats falling apart here is a guide to confirm the problem.
