Is it normal to consume one liter of engine oil for 1,000 km?

No, this is not normal, 1,000 is about 621 miles, so it sounds like something is wrong like you have a broken oil control piston ring. I would remove the spark plugs for inspection to see which cylinder is having the issue, this guide can help:

Also, it could be the valve stem seals or the PCV system. Here is the location of the PCV so you can change it out which is what I would do as well because this is a normal service item. Also, can I ask if the engine is burning oil? Please go over this guide:

Thanks a lot sir. When I draw up the oil level stick and the engine is running there is air blowing from inside. Is that mean anything about the problem?

Up, this means there is excessive crankcase pressure and there is a problem from inside the engine like a broken piston or bad rings. The engine will need to be disassembled to see what happened.
