Engine heat

The engine will not get above 135 degrees. I have replaced the thermostat, the temperature sensor. The radiator hose on return side is hot, but when you remove radiator cap you can put your finger in it and it is only luke warm.

You must be talking about the gauge which could be bad. Check for cold spots in radiator if there are then the radiator is no good. It should be same temperature all over. Also check for air in system. See picture.
