Engine fuse blowing during crank

New Crank sensor, new cam sensor, rotor cap, distributor top, fuel pump. Ignition switch coil.

It sounds like you have a shorted fuel injector or oxygen sensor. Start by disconnecting all oxygen sensors, then replace the fuse and turn the key on, if the fuse stays good, reconnect the fuses one at a time, when the fuse blows you have found the bad sensor, replace it with a new one. If the fuse blows with the sensors disconnected, remove all injector connectors, and try the process again. Here is the oxygen sensor locations in the diagrams below.
