Engine fault codes P0303, P0138 and P0302?

Car starts but drops cylinder fault code show p0303/p0138/p0302 have changed plugs, coils, and o2 sensor but still getting same fault.
Once warm and faults cleared car seems fine Any help would greatly appreciated thank you. Note: engine replaced at 30,000 under warranty.

Hi,

I need to confirm something. I am not showing this model of engine size in any of my manuals. It could be due to your location. Are you in the US? Also, I attached a pic below showing the models we have. All of these have a 1.6L engine.
