I want to know if I could put the engine from my 2001 Lexus es300 into my car listed above?

That would depend on exactly which engine and transmissions each one has. The V6 may interchange as they are the same base engine, but you would need to verify which actual engines they are.

They are both the same vin F 3.0l DOHC.
