1990 eagle talon won't start

I have a 1990 non turbo eagle talon it spins over but don't start. there is fuel going to the filter and the plugs fire. I've changed the ecm, starter and the plugs.

Are you getting fuel up to the fuelrail? There is only two thing you need to run Fuel and Spark. If you are getting spark then your not getting Fuel. This could be for many reasons. Check to see if you are getting Fuel to the Fuelrail and let me know.
