The driver side power seat does not work properly. The fuses, seat switches and power seat motors operate. The seat was unbolted and moved from the anchor seating area. When using the seat switch, the power seat works. However, when returning the seat back to the anchor area and bolt, the power seat does not work.

Advice is appreciated.

So if you do not bolt the seat down it works, but if you bolt it down it stops working? As a test, run a jumper wire from the seat frame where it works to any of the seat bolts. Does the seat still work or does it stop working?
Trying to determine if the problem is in the seat or if there is possibly a wire under the carpet getting pinched. If it still works with the jumper the wire under the carpet is likely.
If it stops working then it is an issue in the seat module.
Does this vehicle have memory seats?
