Driver side door will not unlock

The key turns but not enough to turn the mechanism to unlock. The car has power locks will not unlock the car and manual lock does not work.

Sounds like the actuator is locking up or the lock cylinder is dirty and not turning freely. However, due to the fact that the power locks will not work either points to the actuator.

You can try and spray some lubricant in the lock cylinder and then work the key to see if it loosens up.

I suspect you are going to have to remove the panel if this does not work so here is a guide that will help with this:

Below is the process from the manual to replace the actuator. More than likely I would remove the panel and just operate the locks to see what is going on inside the door.
