I been having this problem ever since I purchased the car its stutters and under load meaning with the AC on. When you turning a corner it acts like it wants to stall out at low speeds. I have changed the mass air flow sensor to Delphi and changed the throttle body ACDelco changed plugs ACDelco. Changed all four oxygen sensors Denso. No check engine light is on. The throttle body has been reprogrammed. I had it put on the scanner and everything is where it needs to be. Please help.

Good afternoon.

What about the ignition parts? Plugs? That will cause your issue.

Also, did you have the fuel pressure tested?

Are you sure it is the engine and not transmission related?

I changed the spark plugs already ACDelco and I bought a throttle body ACDelco and had it programmed and the mechanic took a look at all the readings and nothing seemed to be out of range. I know it is not the transmission it does not act up. The car does the stutter with the AC off but just not as bad with the AC on.

Not worried about the check engine light. That just means it is mechanical.

The reason I ask about the transmission is there is a common issue with torque converter shutter. That is when the clutches slip in the converter making it feel like it is an engine issue.

Hmm, was not aware of that. This is my first Tahoe so I am not really familiarized with the vehicle yet. How can I know for sure if it is the transmission causing this effect?

It has the 5.3l engine by the way. Will this effect take place while I am taking a corner? I have to press on the gas pedal and it does not respond. I almost have to press it all the way down to come out of the shutter it almost seems like it is going to shut off.

Yes.

The best way to confirm is to let someone drive it who is familiar with the transmission.
