1997 Dodge Van my radio doesnt work

"Doesn't work" can mean a dozen different things. Can you be more specific? Is the radio completely dead with no display? Does the display work but there's no sound? If so, can you change the tuning or clock setting?

Are you aware there's two fuses for the radio? The memory circuit is always tied to some other circuit that is always hot such as the horn or cigarette lighter. Check if those items are working. Interior lamps too.
