my van wont start nor will it crank over and the head lights and and all things doing with electrical wont work and i dont know what it is i took off the water pump the other day and had removed the negative from the batt.After that i had to take the alternator off to reach the water pump so i removed that than i put all back together and went to go start it and nothing happen so i started lookin at stuff and the one fuseable link started to smoke when i moved it so i than replaced that with a new 12 gage fuse holder and it has 30 amp fuses and all it does is blow them as soon as i touch the holder what can it be please help me
