1992 Dodge RAM 1500 158,000 miles: My truck recently overheated while travelling at highway speeds. Did not notice until steam was coming from under the hood, guage redlined and warning light came on. Steam was leaking from the edge of the radiator. Had a local shop replace the raditor and top hose. Now the the truck idles and runs rough. Similar to having a bad plug or wire. I checked the oil and there does NOT seem to be water/anti-freeze in the oil. I've brought it back to the shop but want to be knowledgeable about what it could be when they call. Can you help?

Is there white vapor coming out of your exhaust that has a odor of antifreeze? If so then it is probably your head gasket. Also did the antifreeze come pooring out all over your electrical relays? If so dry them out.
