Power steering is going out

2005 Dodge Truck V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 92000 miles
my power steering is going out when the engine is at idle speed. i have checked the fluid reservior and it has fluid in it. air does come shooting out when i open the cap.

you must have an air lock, this is what you do, jack up the fount end of the truck and turn the wheels back and forth completely for times with the engine off, feel the reservoir back up start the engine with its still off the ground and repeat, then let me know what happens
