So you know the fuse, relay and switch are good, use a 12 volt test light (12 bucks). Have a buddt seitch the parking lamps on, and remove connector and with light grounded test for currant from switch or from lamp connector back to relay back to switch, back through BCM(yes ) back to fuse. There are a couple of inst. Panel to body connectors. The bulbs are good, right. I am sorry, use the schematic that u can get here on this website and follow it from the back, through the fuse. Not just one fuse. A 5 amp fuse was used for BCM. And the whole system is fused under the hood. YOUR GOING TO NEED A WAY TO CHECK FOR VOLTAGES AT THE RELAY, IF THE FRONTS AND REARS ARE OUT ALL 3 ARE CHECKED FOR POWER, NOT LOOKING AT GOOD FUSES. SORry my caps come on and off at will, they hace a KCM problem(keyboard control module) problem. OK Good luck dlotz
