Ok, this truck is an 03 Dodge and it is hard to start. You have to give it a lot of gas to start it and continue to give it gas while it's running or it'll die on you. I've noticed that there is oil in the throttle body and have diagnosed this problem as being the PCV Valve. So can this PCV valve cause the problems with starting the truck? Is there anyway that you can clean this valve or do I need to get a new one? If the PCV valve is causing it to be difficult to start then, will replacing it solve that problem (or could it the difficulty starting be related to another problem for ex: Oxygen Sensor, MAP sensor, the IAT sensor, or possibly the PCM)? I've already checked the injectors and they're ok, and have checked the Ignition coils (they're ok), changed the spark plugs, and have put in a new CMP sensor. Could someone please help me that knows more about this then, I do.

Yup the pcv valve allows the crank case to vent, but when its clogged for a period of time other things happen, like blowby build up. The pcv should be pretty inexpensive, so I would just go ahead and change it out, its very easy too. Just get a new one. Also when the pcv is clogged for a period of time, the crankcase blowby gasses have to find another way to release, so gaskets blow, o rings blow, you find oil in your air filter box. That is another thing, clear that air filter and box out.
