1999 Dodge Truck spitting after warms up but runs

Engine starts spitting after warming up and over 40 mph. Tune-up done, fuel pump assembly replaced. Code for check engine stated low pressure reg and running lean. I'M STUCK

This test is it done with vacuum and without vacuum at fuel pressure regulator?
