1995 Dodge Truck missing or bogging out

Im having trouble I driving down the road and the truck starts to sputter like its missing or lacking gas then I press the gas pedal a little and it stops I changed the plugs wires cap rotar button and no help

I would start by checking for vacuum leaks and then fuel pressure. Chances are there is a vacuum leak or a problem with the EGR sticking. Make sure it isn't plugged with carbon. Also, make sure the fuel pressure is good.
