1992 Dodge Truck Fuel not getting through engine

I have replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter and engine is still not getting fuel or pressure through it. Could it be the injection pump or what do you think the problem is?

Can you hear pump run? Has power to pump been verefied? Put noid light on injector term see if PCM is powering up.

Don't believe the pump is electric and I'm asking about the injection pump. >?

That helps after pump replacement did you bleed system at the injectors?

We have decided to tow the truck to the Dodge dealership. Usually can repair my self, but this job is a bit beyond my skills.
