My ac leaks on drivers side had it blown at tiwce what is my nest recoursr besides removing dash. I it aliigned today tech said rear drivers side leans is the neccasry to replace camber never noticed any tire wear

First, camber won't cause the vehicle to lean. Check for a broken coil spring on the strut.

As far as the water, open the hood and on the passanger side of the firewall, you will see a black rubber hose pointing at the road. Check the end of it to make sure it isn't plugged.
