1999 Dodge Stratus 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My 1999 Dodge stratus is not starting I have placed a new battery in it and cleaned the cables and it has gas in it as well as fuel pressure but still will not start what could be the problem?

Crank but not start
check for spark
no spark
check crank sensor ,timing belt ,ASD relay, fuses
No start no crank
check fuses check start
if starter fuse is blown you need a starter too very soon
