Electrical problem
1998 Dodge Stratus

My license plate light stopped working, I changed the bulb, still nothing. Is there a fuse for the license light? If so, could you tell me what fuse i need? Also, my tail lights, when I have the lights on the left tail light works regularly but the right side doesn't, when I put on the brakes the left one stop working but the right side brigtens up. Is this a fuse problem or something more?

Your license plate light is fused with the side markers and gauge cluster. You know, the first position when you try to turn on the lights, before the actual headlights come on. If your side markers turn on and the plate (with new bulb) doesn't, I would check the socket. Sometimes, they tend to get corroded.

As for your taillights, you need to replace both. The brake light on the driver side and the tail light on the passenger side both burned out. And yes, each bulb has dual filaments, and one of the filaments has burned out.
