1997 Dodge Stratus car wont crank nor turn over

I have a 97 dodge stratus 80,000 miles and my car wont crank nor turn over dash lights wont come on but when i place the car in neutral and turn the key the dash lights come on for about 2 seconds but still no crank i replaced battery and alternator ignition switch headlights come on emergency lights come on signal light dont work no sound coming from engine what so ever please help single mother
