Car ran fine, put it in barn to do regular tune up and see why the car was running a little rough. Started car one day and it arched in the wiring back my the EGR valve, we have replaced cam shaft sensor, crank shaft sensor, the wiring the coil pack and all of the relays. We even have a refurbished PCM. Done the tester part from the plug off the coil and getting the blinking light when you try to start, but we are still getting no spark to the spark plugs, we have taken the spark plug and grounded it out to the car and we are getting nothing we have tried everything we can think of and spent a lot of time and money and can't figure it out...any suggestions?

Look inside your power distribution center (fuse box). Locate the Auto Shut Down ASD relay. Swap it with another similar relay (not the fuel pump relay). Do you still have the original PCM? Re-install it and try to re-start.

The "new" PCM. Did you have it "flashed" at the dealership? That is the only way that "new" PCM will work with your vehicle. It needs to be "flashed" to sync with the vehicle's other various computers.
