1995 Dodge Stratus car wont start and we have no dahlights

Our daughter turned the ignition forward and turned on the rear defrosters. Now the car wont star and we have no dashlights, turn sinals oer radio. The fuses were checked and they are not blown. Is there an inline fuse somewhere in the wiring?

Did you check the battery making sure that it is good? Did you check the main fusable link? It is under the hood, inside the fuse/relay box? Did you try giving the car a jump start?
