What is most common reason why both cooling fans will not run?

Will either run when you turn on the A/C high? If they do then most liklely problem is either engine coolant temp. Sensor or cooling fan relay. If they don't then wiring must be bad to them or somehow both motors failed at once. Highly unlikely though.
