1991 Dodge Stealth Dies after warm

Hi, I've had my stealth for 10 year even rebuilt the engine one and there hasn't really ever been anthing I couldn't fix on her. My problem is it starts up just fine, but after I drive it for awhile and turn it off when I restart it it dies if I don't give it a little extra gas. It doesn't seem to be over heating at all which was my first thought. Oils good, plugs are good, aircleaners good, good pressure.
