When I purchased the 93 dodge the air conditioning belt was missing. I checked that the AC clutch pulled in and it did not. I checked the fuse for voltage and it is good. I checked for voltage at the clutch and there was none. I do not have a manual or wiring diagram. What would be your suggestion to solve this problem

Hello, I came across the above wiring info, check for voltage at the ac compressor clutch relay.

ac clutch relay, under hood, driver side fender-well. I'm not an ac person, I didn't see a low pressure cutoff switch. On some systems the compressor won't run with low refrigerant. Not sure about your system? You can check if the clutch will engage.

Check for refrigerant in the system. If no pressure, the low pressure cutout switch is doing what it's supposed to do. If the compressor runs with a low charge condition, the low side could be drawn into a vacuum. That would pull air and humidity in through a leak. Moisture and refrigerant oil forms a corrosive byproduct.
