1992 Dodge Spirit overheating

I have a '92 Dodge Spirit 4 cyl/Non Turbo that was overheating, I replaced fan coolent motor and relay. What else could it be? Fan still will not kick on to cool radiator. It is still overheating

As a band aid measure, you can turn on your air conditioner or your defroster. This will engage the fan motor and keep it running so car wont over heat until you can find the problem. I have the same problem and this is what I do.
