1989 Dodge Spirit starts and runs for about 20 minutes and

I have an 89 dodge spirit with a 4 cyclinder. I can go out and start it and it will run for about 15-20 min then it will die, will not start again until it has sat for an hour or so. when it dies i have spark and fuel spraying from the injector but will not start back up. any help would be a blessing....
