Timing belt broke on my 1993 Dodge Shadow

Where are the marks on the pulleys and harmonic balancer and how do you put it on tdc if timing has been moved :

Timing is not set because timing belt broke so timing needs to be set for all 3 pulleys where are the marks and how do I set it to top dead center
