1991 Dodge Shadow Fuses?

My 91 Dodge Shadow's light on the inside of the car will not turn off. Is this due to a bad fuse? And if so, are you able to tell which one it is? I can't identify which fuse it may be.

Welcome, my info says fuse#1. Did you try rotating the headlamp switch knob, one way or the other, see if the lite would turn off?
