My Ram has a 318 with about 96000 km It will run good for 15 mins but then the engine will stop with out warning like the ignition was shut off and will not start for another couple hours until the engine cools down

It sound like the problem is the ballest resister. It is mounted on the fire wall on the driver side and it has two wires with a single bolt holding it on. Try that first or for a temp test if thats it try putting a jumper in place of the resister. But dont just leave the jumper in replace the resister.
